Downtown Dallas Engagement Session

A Black Tie Engagement

This downtown Dallas engagement session in the Arts District was a blast.  I always enjoy going the classic route for engagement sessions.  This was a great example.  He wore a black tuxedo while she donned a beautiful blue Alexia Maria jumpsuit.  One of my favorites, Brittany Jones Beauty, provided makeup and hair.  An engagement session like this lets you have formal photos not wedding specific.  We can get creative and pick a place you love, but won’t be able to include on your big day.  The same can is true for your wardrobe.  Go all out and dress things up!  After all, you will have plenty of photos over the years in your casual outfits. 
 
The Dallas Arts District is a fantastic place for engagement photos.  The area has some of the best museums and performing arts venues in the country.  Some of my favorite wedding venues call this area home.  The Dallas Museum of Art and The Nasher Sculpture Center are both fantastic.  We chose the Morton Meyerson Symphony Center for this session.  The wide treelined sidewalks feel urban but also romantic.  It’s a great area and they made the most of it.

A Downtown Dallas Engagement
