These Art Deco Senior Portrait Photos at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas were so much fun. Holly is such a wonderfully unique girl and didn’t want the same boring senior portraits everyone else was doing. I always prefer to shoot portraits in a way that highlights the subjects personality and I think thats what we did. Holly is very artistic, fashionable, and loves things like studying the French language. Fair Park definitely fits the bill as a great location to compliment her. It’s know as the home of the State Fair of Texas but during the rest of the year it remains an underutilized gem of classic art and architecture. In fact, Fair Park houses the one of the largest collection of art deco artwork and buildings in the world. The style of the grounds paired great with Holly’s Free People dress and Hair and Makeup by Natalia Issa. Golden light peppered us as we explored the area and sought different backgrounds. I tried to keep things simple so the focus would stay on Holly. She is a pro and has the most amazing eyes. Her stare is so powerful and I loved to center her in the frame and let it take over. I don’t get the chance to do a lot of shoots like this but every time I do I can’t wait to do it again.
